Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for hospital services (OPD/IPD/Diagnostics/Health Check-ups).
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, consultants, corporate clients, TPAs, and referral partners.
Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to increase patient footfall.
Conduct hospital visits, community outreach programs, and medical camps to promote services.
Negotiate and finalize tie-ups with corporate companies, clinics, and institutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and patient acquisition targets.
Prepare business performance reports and market analysis for management review.
Coordinate with operations, medical, and marketing teams to ensure service quality and patient satisfaction.
Stay updated on competitors, market trends, and new opportunities in the healthcare sector.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education:
Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Hospital Management, or related field.
Experience:
2-8 years of relevant experience in Business Development / Marketing in Hospitals, Diagnostics, or Healthcare organizations.
Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong relationship management and networking ability.
Good knowledge of local healthcare market dynamics.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Target-driven and self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
