Business Development Head
to spearhead our international sales for
Website Development & Digital Marketing services
. This role requires strong leadership, proven sales expertise, and the ability to build and sustain global client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Business Development team to achieve both individual and team monthly revenue targets.
Convert international leads through LinkedIn, email, and client calls.
Pitch and close deals for SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Web Development services.
Oversee international projects and ensure long-term client partnerships.
Mentor, train, and guide the sales team to ensure consistent performance.
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
8-15 years of proven sales experience in IT/Digital Marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong client handling, negotiation, and closing skills in the international market.
Target-oriented with a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
