Role: Business Development Head (BDH)



We are seeking a strategic and result-driven

Business Development Head

to lead the sales, marketing, and growth initiatives of Woods Hospitality. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in hospitality sales, digital marketing, and corporate partnerships, along with a passion for driving brand success.

Key Responsibilities



Strategic Planning & Market Growth

Design and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and increase revenue. Identify gaps in the current market scenario and create effective action plans.

Sales & Revenue Generation

Lead

Corporate Sales and MICE Sales

, building long-term relationships with corporates, institutions, and event planners. Explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.

Digital & OTA Management

Oversee OTA (Online Travel Agency) partnerships and optimize online listings for visibility and conversions. Drive digital marketing campaigns across

SEO, social media, and performance marketing

. Enhance the brand's digital presence and customer engagement.

Brand Development

Monitor competitor activities and industry trends, ensuring differentiation in the market. Work closely with the operations and F&B teams to align guest experience with brand positioning.

Requirements



Proven experience in

hospitality business development, sales, or marketing

. Strong understanding of

OTAs, digital marketing, SEO, and social media marketing

. Demonstrated ability in driving

corporate sales and MICE sales

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Analytical mindset with a growth-oriented approach. Willingness to

relocate to Valsad

.
