Vadodara

location.

Identify, target, and onboard new clients for pharmaceutical contract manufacturing services (both domestic and international markets).

Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and long-term business growth. Build, manage, and mentor a dedicated business development team to achieve organizational goals. Work closely with internal departments (Production, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs) to ensure client needs and project timelines are met. Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify and pursue new opportunities. Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures in alignment with company objectives. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to build brand visibility and establish new leads. Monitor key business metrics and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
