We are hiring a

Business Development Head

to lead online education sales operations for

Online MBA programs

. The role involves team management, sales strategy execution, and achieving enrolment targets in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities



Lead and manage online education sales team Drive student enrolment and revenue growth Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Monitor sales performance, conversions, and reports Coordinate with marketing for lead generation Maintain CRM and sales documentation Build and manage institutional and student relationships

Requirements



Graduation in any discipline

Mandatory experience in education industry sales

Experience in

Online MBA / Distance Education / EdTech

preferred 3-5 years of business development or education sales experience Proven team handling and leadership skills Strong communication and negotiation skills Fluency in English
