Your expertise will help us expand our client base, identify new revenue streams, and solidify our position as a premier production partner.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.Leverage existing relationships with brand managers, advertising agencies, and industry partners.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, pitches, and RFPs.Collaborate with creative teams to develop tailored pitches and proposals.Negotiate contracts, agreements, and commercial terms.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity.Manage and report on sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics.Requirements:7-10 years of experience in advertising agencies or related industries.Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management.Strong network of relationships with brand managers, agency decision-makers, and industry influencers.In-depth understanding of advertising, marketing, and production processes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented approach.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Nice to Have:
