Job Summary
The Head of Business Development will be responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and leading revenue-focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
Identify new markets, clients, and partnership opportunities
Lead negotiations, proposals, and deal closures with clients and partners
Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Work closely with leadership, marketing, and operations teams to align growth strategies
Prepare business plans, forecasts, and performance reports for management
Mentor and guide the business development team to improve performance
