Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Business Development Head

to lead growth in the building and construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C sales, client relationship management, and market expansion within the industry.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement business strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. Drive customer acquisition and build strong relationships with contractors, architects, builders, and individual clients. Manage customer accounts and ensure excellent service and satisfaction. Identify new market opportunities and keep track of industry trends. Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve maximum performance. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.

Desired Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Civil Engineering (MBA preferred). 7+ years of proven experience in B2C sales (building & construction industry preferred). Strong professional network within the construction ecosystem in Kerala. Demonstrated ability to negotiate, close sales, and manage key customer accounts. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
