This role isn't just about managing a sales quota - it's about building and executing a high-growth strategy, owning P&L-level decisions, and acting as the bridge between field operations and board-level strategy. The Business Sales Head will lead a 5-member sales team, work closely with internal cross-functional teams, and report directly to the Board.
The selected candidate will work primarily from the Surat back office while overseeing field operations in the South Gujarat & Mumbai regions. The mining unit is located in Degam (Chikli District), and total employee strength, including contractual labor, is around 120.
This position is best suited for a proactive, visionary leader ready to bring deep market insights, customer-centric strategies, and revenue-driving action plans.
