Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new clients by Cold Calling, E Mail Marketing, LinkedIn networking, advertising or other means of generating interest from clients.
    Must have a strong experience in Corporate Sales in IT Staffing Sector.
    Mapping client’s requirements and providing them customized business solutions through new proposals, presentations and demonstrations.
    Identifying and networking with prospective clients, generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
    Business strategy development & alignment with clients for recruitment process. Targeting new business.
    A strong track record in acquisition & getting new clients for technical staffing services.
    Understand a prospect's business needs and work with the teams to develop a tailored staffing proposal
    Plan persuasive approaches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company
    Strategic planning is the key to the role and requires a thorough knowledge of the market
    Achieving individual as well as team target if you are handling team monthly.
    Maintaining efficient business relationships with existing partners to enhance profitability of business operations
    Respond to incoming requests for information (RFIs), Requests for proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative manner
    Can handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to positive conclusion; the solutions/services the company can provide; write reports; and provide feedback to the reporting manager.
