ob Title: Business Development Executive - Outbound

Key Responsibilities
1. Identify, research, and target potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound channels.
2. Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
3. Schedule meetings and product/service demos with decision-makers.
4. Understand client pain points and position company offerings effectively.
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
6. Track and manage all prospecting activities in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
7. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
8. Provide regular reports on lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
9. Represent the company in client interactions with professionalism and confidence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. 3-4 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation (In IT/Software services).
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound sales targets.
4. Familiarity with CRM tools, sales engagement platforms, and lead databases.
5. Ability to research industries, identify prospects, and build outreach strategies.
6. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
7. Strong presentation and client engagement skills.
Good to Have
1. Experience working with international clients (US, EU, APAC markets).
2. Knowledge of IT services, SaaS, or digital transformation solutions.
3. Exposure to using sales automation tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io).
