Job Responsibilities:
Explain financial products (CIBIL score check/upgrade services, credit health reports, credit improvement services, etc.) to customers.
Generate new business opportunities through sales activities.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with customers, partners, and business professionals.
Maintain accurate data in Google Sheets and submit regular reports.
Collect market feedback and share insights for improvement.
Provide daily/weekly sales and performance reports to management.
Training Provided:
3 days of product and sales training before deployment.
Requirements:
Male & Female candidates (Note: No field visits for female candidates).
6 months to 4 years of sales/field sales experience.
Strong communication & convincing skills (Hindi, English, Gujarati preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
Two-wheeler & valid driving license mandatory for male candidates.
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Salary (Non-Target Role): ₹20,000/month.
Target-Based Role: ₹21,000 - ?35,000/month.
