Sales Development Representative (SDR)

who can bring the same energy and hustle to building a strong pipeline for our marketing services and client projects.

What You'll Do



Prospecting & Lead Generation



Identify and research potential leads for

digital marketing services (PPC, SEO)

and

website design & development

projects.

Use tools like

LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other outreach platforms

to build a qualified pipeline.

Outreach & Engagement



Execute cold outreach campaigns (email, calls, LinkedIn) to generate interest and open conversations.

Personalize outreach sequences and messaging to resonate with different industries and business needs.

Qualification



Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand client requirements and assess fit.

Nurture early-stage prospects until they're ready for deeper discussions with the sales/management team.

ollaboration



Work closely with our marketing team to refine messaging, campaigns, and outreach strategies.

Share feedback from prospects to help improve positioning and service offerings.

Tracking & Reporting



Maintain accurate records of all outreach and pipeline activities in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).

Provide weekly updates on outreach progress and pipeline health.

What We're Looking For



Strong communication and persuasion skills (written & verbal).

1-2 years of experience in sales development / business development (agency or service industry preferred).

Hands-on experience with

Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach tools (Reply.io, Outreach, Lemlist, etc.)

.

Familiarity with

CRM systems

(HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) is a brownie point.

Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable with outbound prospecting.

Curious mindset with the ability to understand client pain points in marketing and website projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
