We are looking for energetic Business Development Freshers to join our PhD Assistance company. The role involves connecting with students, researchers, and professionals, understanding their research requirements, explaining our services, and helping them choose the right solutions. This position is ideal for freshers who are confident, good in communication, and interested in sales and client handling.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation & Client Interaction
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain available PhD assistance services.
Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and follow-ups.
Understand customer needs and guide them on suitable services.
Sales Pitch & Conversion
Present the service benefits clearly and professionally.
Convert warm and interested leads into active clients.
Maintain a positive relationship with clients during follow-ups.
Daily Reporting & Coordination
Maintain lead details, follow-up status, and conversion reports.
Coordinate with the sales team and service departments.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead and conversion targets.
Customer Support
Answer basic queries from customers.
Provide clear communication to build trust and transparency.
Skills Required
Good communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)
Confidence in making calls and interacting with clients
Basic sales understanding
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to handle targets and deadlines
Qualification
Any degree

As per company standards + incentives
