We are hiring energetic and career-oriented freshers to join our Business Development team. As a BD Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new leads, understanding client needs, and helping drive sales for our IT services and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
- Initiate outbound communication via emails, LinkedIn, and calls
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations
- Collaborate with internal technical teams for customized client solutions
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and report daily activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings
Key Skills & Competencies
- Fluent English communication (verbal and written) is mandatory
- Confidence in speaking with clients and presenting ideas
- Basic understanding of IT services and sales processes
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and email campaigns is a plus
Educational Qualification
BCA / MCA
B.Tech / M.Tech (IT/Computer)
MBA in Sales or Marketing (preferred with IT knowledge)
Compensation Structure
During Probation (First 4 Months): ?14,000/month
Post-Probation: ?22,000/month (based on performance review)
