Candidate Profile:

5 Days Week. Monday -Friday Qualification:
Minimum Graduate,
(BBA & MBA in Marketing Preferred)

Should have knowledge of bidding (Upwork, Guru, and Freelance). Experience in sales is preferred. Detail-oriented person and should possess good English communication skills. Under Training Stipend (In-hand): 13,500 per month. Post-Training Minimum Salary (Gross): 16,500 per month. No. of positions: 1

Required Skills & Abilities:

Generate business via portals like Upwork, Guru, and Freelance. Preferably should have knowledge of both Digital Marketing and Website Development (Shopify & Wordpress). Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand the client's requirements and acquisition. Bringing new projects through online bidding. Client communication & proposal making/ writing. Work with team members to identify and manage risks.

Training:

You will undergo training for 2-3 months for being trained in various aspects of this profile. This training will consist of self-training as well as on-the-job training. This training will conclude maybe much earlier or later as well, depending upon your in-training performance.
