Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives.

Experience: fresher or 1 year experience,Education: Any Degree
Proven track record in selling software solutions or IT services.
Familiarity with the sales cycle for B2B software sales, including lead generation, qualification, and closing deals.

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through cold calling, networking, online research, and social media. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, address client concerns, and close deals while meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Sales Strategy and Planning: Contribute to the overall sales strategy and provide regular updates on progress and achievements. Skills Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities. Understanding of software development lifecycles and custom software capabilities is a plus.
