Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to join our Recruitment Consulting / RPO team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting recruitment solutions tailored to client needs. This role demands an understanding of recruitment services, RPO models, and consultative sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the recruitment and staffing space (permanent, contractual, or RPO models). Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers (HR Heads, Talent Acquisition, CXOs). Understand client hiring needs and offer customized recruitment solutions. Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients. Collaborate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure quality and timely fulfillment of client requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics. Meet or exceed business development targets and revenue goals.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in business development or sales in the recruitment / staffing / RPO industry. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, hiring trends, and market intelligence. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly. Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Preferred Skills:

Experience in B2B consultative sales within HR services. Understanding of industry-specific hiring challenges (IT, BFSI, Engineering, etc.) Knowledge of recruitment

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
