Develop and execute strategies to expand Koushikadry products across India.
Build and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and modern trade partners.
Focus on increasing the presence of fresh batter productswithin Chennai and nearby regions.
Identify new business opportunities and key markets for growth.
International Business Development:
Identify and onboard distributors in
Australia, Canada, and the UK
for exporting dry product lines.
Coordinate with logistics and export teams to ensure smooth overseas distribution.
Conduct market research on global FMCG trends and competitor activities.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Drive sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth in assigned territories.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and business plans to management.
Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and key clients.
Provide after-sales support and address distributor queries effectively.
Communication & Presentation:
Represent the brand in trade fairs, business meetings, and distributor presentations.
Prepare impactful sales pitches and proposals for both domestic and international clients.
