Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Training & Development o Conduct induction programs for new BD hires on products, sales techniques, and dental concepts. o Deliver classroom and field training sessions focused on dentist engagement, aligner product knowledge, and treatment awareness. o Organize refresher workshops to strengthen product & sales knowledge.
2. On-the-Job Training (OJT) o Accompany sales team during clinic visits and provide live training. o Guide BDEs on pitching aligners to dentists, handling objections, and building long-term relationships. o Demonstrate effective ways of generating leads and closing sales.
3. Performance Coaching & Evaluation o Identify knowledge/skill gaps and design targeted training interventions. o Support underperformers through PIP and continuous coaching. o Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and field evaluations.
4. Training Content & Development o Develop sales playbooks, product training material, FAQs, and objection-handling guides. o Customize training modules as per market trends, business goals, and clinical updates.
5. Coordination & Reporting o Work closely with Sales Leaders, Marketing, and Clinical teams to ensure training alignment. o Share training MIS, weekly reports, and feedback with management. o Stay updated on new products, competition, and treatment protocols.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of dentistry & aligner treatments. o Excellent communication and presentation skills. o Ability to train, mentor, and motivate sales teams. o Strong problem-solving and escalation-handling skills. o Proficiency in MS Office & Google Suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
