About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Male) with prior experience in lead generation and client management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting existing clients, maintaining strong business relationships, and developing new leads to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit and engage with existing clients to maintain and strengthen business relationships.
Identify and generate new leads through market research, calls, and visits.
Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closure.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
Prepare and maintain reports on client visits, leads, and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, client handling, or field sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
Willingness to travel for client visits as required.
