Business Development & Field Operation Manager (Real Estate)

Local Punjabi-speaking candidate(Male)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

business development and field operations

for real estate projects. Generate and manage

property sales leads

, conduct client meetings, and close deals. Coordinate with

Tehsildar, Patwari, and other government offices

for property-related documentation, land records, and legal verifications. Manage

registration work

, property mutation, and other legal formalities. Conduct

site visits

, supervise ongoing field activities, and ensure smooth project execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with

brokers, clients, and local authorities

. Prepare and maintain records of

sales, client interactions, and legal documents

. Support the management in

expanding business opportunities

in the local market.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

Graduate

Fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, and basic English.

Strong knowledge of

local real estate laws, land records, and government processes.

Experience in

sales and field operations

in the real estate sector. Excellent communication and

coordination skills

with government and local departments.

Two-wheeler and valid driving license

preferred.

Experience:

Minimum

3-5 years

of relevant experience in real estate, property dealing, or field operations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
