Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new clients, partners, and business opportunities in the healthcare domain.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
Develop a clear understanding of market trends and competitor activities.
Achieve monthly sales and growth targets through strategic planning and client engagement.
Provide regular feedback and reports to the management team.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service.
Eligibility & Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in business development or sales, preferably with companies like
Tata 1mg, Apollo, or competitors
(Note: Candidates currently or previously associated with Astikan are not eligible).*
Gender:
Male candidates only (This role involves fieldwork).
Location:
Must be from Delhi NCR.
Vehicle:
Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) for field visits.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Personality:
Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented individual.

Work from Home (until office renovation is complete).

Work from Office (post-renovation).
