Business Development Executive



Required Skills



? 2-3 years of experience in business development or lead generation in US medical billing

or RCM

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills

? Confidence in cold calling and handling objections

? Ability to understand client needs and articulate solutions

Responsibilities

? Research and identify potential clients in the US healthcare domain (physician practices,

clinics, billing companies)

? Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital

platforms

? Schedule appointments and demos for the senior sales team or business development

manager

? Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects

? Create tailored pitches and presentations

? Track all interactions and leads

? Maintain a deep understanding of the company's services and solutions

? Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture leads toward conversion

Business Development Managers

Required Skills & Qualifications

? 5-7 years of experience in business development or client acquisition in medical billing

or US RCM industry

? Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

? Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

? Solid understanding of the US healthcare system, RCM cycle, and medical billing

services

? Ability to work independently and lead client conversations confidently

? Existing network of contacts in the US healthcare industry is preferable

Responsibilities



? Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth targets

? Identify, prospect, and connect with potential clients in the US healthcare sector

? Drive the full sales cycle: from lead generation, needs assessment, proposal, negotiation,

to closure

? Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers

? Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and leadership) to align service

delivery with client expectations

? Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates for management

? Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and online forums as needed

? Stay up to date with US healthcare regulations, trends, and RCM outsourcing needs
