Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales & BDE Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, drive in-store sales, and support business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the growth of SS Bikes.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed monthly store sales targets.
Maintain the overall appearance, cleanliness, and merchandising of the store.
Manage inventory and stock levels, and coordinate with the backend team for timely replenishment.
Generate leads through in-store engagement and follow-ups.
Handle billing, order processing, and customer queries efficiently.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in promotional activities, store events, and product campaigns.
Support store opening/closing operations and daily cash handling.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Preferred in Business/Marketing).
1-2 years of experience in retail sales/store operations; experience in the bicycle or automotive industry will be a plus.
Ability to manage store operations independently.
