Market Research:Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging HR needs to tailor our services and approach effectively. Client Relationship Building:Establish and nurture strong relationships with HR executives, hiring managers, and decision-makers within client organizations. Client Presentations:Prepare and deliver compelling and customized presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients, showcasing the full range of our HR consultancy services. Sales and Negotiation:Lead negotiations, manage contract discussions, and successfully close deals with new clients. Client Account Management:Oversee the service delivery process, ensuring that clients\' needs are met and surpassed, and serve as the main point of contact for key clients. Team Collaboration:Collaborate closely with our HR consultancy team to align client needs with our HR solutions and ensure the highest level of service. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. Proven track record in business development and sales, specifically within the HR consultancy or staffing industry. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
