We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales/Business Development Executive to join our solar industry team. The role involves handling B2B and B2C sales, generating leads, building client relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar industry (B2B & B2C).
Generate leads through cold calls, references, and field visits.
Meet clients, explain product details, and provide suitable solar solutions.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
Prepare and present proposals/quotations to clients.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
Skills & Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (candidates with solar industry experience preferred).
0-3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate leads and close sales deals.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Must own a bike (field sales profile).
