Visit client companies to introduce manpower and recruitment services.
Understand the company's hiring requirements (designation, number of candidates, salary, and location).
Collect s (JD) and hiring criteria from the client.
Discuss fees structure, payment terms, and replacement policy.
Coordinate discussions and follow-ups for agreements and tie-ups.
Collect HR/Owner contact details and visiting cards.
Maintain client visit reports and update the office regularly.
Share candidate CVs, schedule interviews, and follow up on the hiring process.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Conduct market surveys and generate leads for new client companies.
