Business Development Executives

Unsecured Group Loans business:

Role

Someone who can lead the sales of the area

Build strong liasoning and relationships with the regional team

Attend various Contractor meetings and talk about the financing options offered

Set up strong targets and achieve them

Form groups for Group Loans, complete their entire loan process

Engage with the Contractor community on continuous basis

Person

2-5 years experience in a lending organization, preferably from Small Finance Banks (SFBs) or Micro-finance NBFC

Service focused individual

Hindi speaking, preferably from the northern belt of India originally

Person who can speak at Contractor Club Meetings, engage with field team, go around with Contractor community

Has a drive to complete targets and earn incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
