Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

? Generate new business for courier, cargo, and logistics services

? Develop and manage corporate clients and key accounts

? Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

? Coordinate with operations for smooth execution of shipments

? Market air freight, surface transport, and international logistics solutions

Candidate Profile:

? Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics/courier/cargo/Industrial/Insurance sales

? Strong local market knowledge of Vasai-Virar & nearby industrial areas

? Good communication and negotiation skills

? Self-driven with proven sales performance

? Own Vehicle Compulsory

Compensation:

To be discussed based on experience and profile (fixed + performance incentives)
