experienced and driven Business Development Executives
to spearhead growth and client relationships across our target markets.

Experience Required:
Minimum
2 years
in selling
wooden doors
and
door hardware
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new clients in the construction, interior, and architectural sectors
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers, contractors, builders, and architects
Develop and execute result-oriented sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets
Conduct site visits, client presentations, and product demos
Coordinate with internal technical and installation teams for client satisfaction
Maintain accurate sales reports and market intelligence
Desired Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in
door and hardware or any building material sales
(minimum 2 years)
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and sales funnels simultaneously
Knowledge of project-based selling is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
?20,000/- per month (fixed)
