Job Description

Position Summary:


The BDE will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Business Growth:

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.

Client Acquisition:

Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.

Market Intelligence:

Track industry trends and competitors for strategic advantage.

Sales Enablement:

Develop proposals, pitches, and negotiate contracts.

Collaboration:

Work closely with AGM and GM to align sales strategies with service delivery.

Targets:

Meet and exceed assigned quarterly/annual sales targets.

CRM:

Maintain updated pipeline and accurate forecasting.

Assistant General Manager - VCS

Direct Reports:

Business Development Executives / Associates (if applicable).

Skills & Competencies:



2 -8 years in business development/sales (consulting/IT/enterprise services preferred).

Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Results-oriented, self-driven, and proactive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹232,366.90 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
