Engage with potential clients and IT consulting firms through strategic outreach and relationship development (via LinkedIn, email, and professional networking).
Research target companies, understand their service focus, and identify partnership opportunities.
Conduct introductory discussions to explore collaboration possibilities in Salesforce and other technology domains.
Maintain a structured pipeline of opportunities and track interactions using Excel/Google Sheets.
Coordinate with internal teams (technical and recruitment) to share requirements and ensure smooth collaboration.
Support in proposal preparation, client presentations, and partnership documentation.
Facilitate interview coordination between client and candidates, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
Participate in weekly review meetings to discuss progress and new business opportunities.
