Responsibilities

Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new contracts and expand existing accounts. Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support sales initiatives. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales pipelines. Coordinate with project management teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and the successful delivery of solutions. Prepare detailed proposals, reports, and forecasts to inform decision-making processes. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new avenues for growth.

Experience



Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a B2B environment. Strong knowledge of CRM software tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms. Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, negotiation, and closing deals effectively. Experience in project management is a plus, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients at all levels. Familiarity with marketing strategies that support business growth initiatives. Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights for expanding business opportunities.
