Job Title: Business Development Executive - Online Bidder

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with expertise in online bidding to join our team. As a key member of our business development unit, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities through online platforms.

Responsibilities:

Online Bidding:

Actively participate in online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and others to identify and bid on potential projects.

Prepare and submit compelling proposals, ensuring they align with client requirements and showcase our capabilities.

Lead Generation:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business expansion.

Generate leads through various channels, including social media, industry forums, and networking events.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and regular follow-ups.

Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client expectations.

Market Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Provide insights and recommendations for business growth based on market analysis.

Proposal Writing:

Create persuasive and detailed proposals outlining the scope, objectives, and deliverables of the proposed projects.

Collaborate with technical and operational teams to gather necessary information for proposal development.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or Online Bidder.

Demonstrated success in securing projects through online platforms.

Strong understanding of various bidding platforms and client engagement processes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. or BTech

Previous experience in a similar role within the IT, software development, or digital marketing industry is preferred.

Proficient in using project management and CRM tools.
