Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using Salesforce. Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within a similar industry. Strong understanding of software applications, with proficiency in Salesforce being highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong analytical skills with a focus on results-driven performance. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
