Responsible for managing the Delhi/NCR CBSE Schools and coachings outreach program - Principal meetings, Workshops arrangement, Speakers, Standee, bulk orders and data collection
Liaise with Inside Sales and Specimen team to ensure conversions of leads
Manage the executive's team in Delhi/NCR to fulfil the orders and ensure maximum availability of new products across all channels
Do market research to meet distributors and retailers and understand the market trends
Visit book retailers to do market research on customer behaviour that will result in more effective sales strategies.
Content-based or new product launches based outreach to teachers
Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Increasing the value of current Teachers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Handling teachers' questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Building and maintaining a CRM database.
Skills Needed:-
Proven experience (at least 2 years) in managing a team of 10+ people
Proven experience of B2B (Schools based) work
Fluent spoken and written English (must)
Fluency in IT software/CRMs usage (Hubspot/Google Drive, etc)
Proficient in excel (vlookups, formulae's data analysis)
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
