Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads through cold calls, field visits, and networking.
Conduct product demos (online/offline) for students, parents, and institutional clients.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Develop strategies for lead generation and market penetration.
Maintain CRM records, follow up with prospects, and ensure timely closures.
Represent the company in seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to optimize offerings.
Required Skills & Competencies
2-7 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably EdTech).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with target-driven goals.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
