Brand Catapult, a marketing and advertising agency, is seeking a Business Development Executive/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and achieving growth targets through effective sales strategies and relationship building. Responsibilities Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders Develop proposals, pitches, and presentations for new business opportunities Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand the company\'s reach Collaborate with the creative and account teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and progress towards targets Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field 2+ years of experience in business development or sales within the marketing and advertising industry Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and generating new business Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to think strategically and analyze market trends Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
