Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, client meetings, and networking.
Pitch products/services to potential customers and convert leads into successful business deals.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Gather market insights, track competitor activities, and report findings to management.
Ensure proper documentation, follow-up, and closure of client accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
6 months - 2 years of field sales or business development experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and business growth.
