Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Generate and manage leads through various channels including field visits, calls, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
Present and explain educational programs and offerings to potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and events.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Freshers and candidates with prior experience in sales/BD are welcome.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-driven.
