Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery
Prepare proposals, quotations, and business reports
Track market trends and competitor activities
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Preferred Skills:
Experience in B2B sales
Strong presentation and follow-up skills
Result-oriented and customer-focused approach
