Job Title: Business Development Executive-IT

Key responsibilities

Identify and explore new business opportunities through platforms like

LinkedIn, Naukri, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.

Manage complete c

lient communication

--initial outreach, requirement discussion, coordination, and closure.

Understand client requirements clearly and work with internal tech & recruitment teams for smooth delivery.

Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure consistent engagement.

Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations as per client needs.

Candidate Requirements

0-3 years of experience in Business Development (IT staffing/tech recruitment preferred).

Strong communication skills -- both verbal and written.

(Very Important)

Candidates with a

technology background

(

BCA, BBA-IT, B.Tech, MCA, etc.

) are

highly preferred

.

AI knowledge is mandatory

-- basic understanding of AI tools, AI-based platforms, or AI-driven workflows.

Experience in bidding and lead generation through platforms like Upwork & Freelancer is an added advantage.

Strong client-handling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
