Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented
Business Development Executive
with 2-3 years of experience in the
digital marketing field

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales
: Identify and engage potential clients for digital marketing services through research, networking, and outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.).
Client Relationship Management
: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
Business Strategy Development
: Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand the company's client base and generate new sales opportunities.
Market Research
: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and tailor digital marketing solutions to potential clients.
Proposal Creation & Negotiation
: Create tailored proposals and presentations for clients, highlighting the company's digital marketing services and capabilities. Lead negotiations and close deals.
Collaboration with Marketing & Sales Teams
: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment on client needs, goals, and project delivery.
Client Onboarding
: Ensure a smooth transition for clients once a deal is closed, working with the project and marketing teams to kick off new projects.
Reporting & KPI Tracking
: Track sales progress, generate reports, and monitor performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve business development goals.
Required Qualifications:
Experience
:2-3 years of experience in business development or sales, with a strong background in
digital marketing
(SEO, SEM, social media marketing,
content marketing, etc.).
Digital Marketing Knowledge
: Strong understanding of digital marketing services and tools, including SEO, SEM, paid media campaigns, email marketing, and analytics.
Sales & Negotiation Skills
: Proven experience in lead generation, pitching, and
negotiating business deals in a sales-oriented environment.
Communication Skills
: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and proposals.
Relationship Building
:Strong ability to build rapport with clients and establish trust through effective communication and follow-up.
Problem-Solving Skills
: Ability to understand client needs, identify pain
points, and present appropriate digital marketing solutions.
Time Management
:Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
Tech-Savvy
: Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, and marketing automation platforms.
