Gravity Ventures is looking for an young and work - passionate, Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving sales , identifying and approaching potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions. The role involves creating and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and inbound inquiries.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Reporting progress to the Sales Manager regularly.
Provide support and guidance to clients after the sale to ensure product satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Prepare and submit sales activity and performance reports, including pipeline status and revenue forecasts.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Basic Knowledge in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
