Job Purpose
To drive sales and business development for dry herbal extracts by managing and expanding relationships with Ayurvedic and nutraceutical companies. The role requires strong domain expertise and direct experience in herbal extract sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage B2B sales of dry herbal extracts to Ayurvedic, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical companies
Handle key accounts and generate new business within the assigned territory (Domestic and International)
Promote products such as Ashwagandha, Shatavari, Shilajit, Noni, and other herbal extracts
Understand customer requirements related to specifications, certifications, and applications
Coordinate with production, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order execution
Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics in the herbal extract segment
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Participate in industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings as required
Mandatory Requirements
Proven experience in the herbal extract industry is mandatory
Hands-on experience in dry extract sales to Ayurvedic and nutraceutical companies
Strong understanding of herbal raw materials, extracts, and customer applications
Existing industry connections and active client base will be an added advantage
Experience
Minimum 3-8 years of relevant experience in herbal extract or nutraceutical ingredient sales
Skills & Competencies
Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
In-depth product and market knowledge of herbal extracts
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

Pay: ?550,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per month
