We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to help drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting strategic initiatives. This role involves working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to generate leads, expand our customer base, and contribute to overall revenue goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Research and identify potential clients, markets, and partnerships
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media
Support the sales team by qualifying leads and scheduling meetings
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client data and interactions.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role (internships included)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
