Job Summary:


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with 2+ years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and online research. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships. Understand client requirements and present tailored business solutions. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. Maintain sales reports and update CRM tools regularly.

Key Skills & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development/sales. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into clients. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
