The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B technology sales and a deep understanding of emerging digital solutions such as Cloud, Data Analytics, Automation, AI/ML, and Enterprise Applications. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across target markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in digital transformation solutions.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, networking, and market research.
Engage with CXO-level stakeholders to present solutions, value propositions, and case studies.
Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to design customized proposals and solution presentations.
Prepare and deliver impactful sales pitches, RFP responses, and presentations.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the full sales cycle--from prospecting to deal closure.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
Contribute to brand visibility through participation in industry events, webinars, and networking sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
3-5 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience in IT / digital transformation / technology services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for clients.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
