Role Overview
We are looking for a
proactive, creative, and relationship-driven professional
to join our team as a
Business Development, Marketing & CRM Executive
.
This role combines
market research, business growth, client servicing, and marketing coordination
, offering excellent exposure across the PR and communication industry.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Market Research
Conduct industry research to identify new sectors, trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
Generate qualified leads and maintain updated databases of potential clients and partners.
Support in preparing proposals, pitches, and presentations for new business.
Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and outreach campaigns.
2. Client Relationship Management (CRM)
Manage and update the company's CRM database with accurate client information and activity logs.
Act as a key point of contact for clients -- ensuring effective communication and timely project delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams (PR, Digital, and Creative) for smooth campaign execution.
Assist in client engagement, retention, and satisfaction initiatives.
3. Marketing & Research Support
Support the marketing and PR teams in executing campaigns, events, and brand visibility initiatives.
Contribute to CSR, Summit, and Awards project coordination.
Prepare reports, presentations, and follow-ups for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with management on growth strategies and brand positioning.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related field.
Experience:
2-5 years (experience/internship in PR, Marketing, or Communications preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in
CRM platforms Canva, MS Office, and AI tools
.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
